POA Board of Directors

The San Josť POA Board of Directors are made up of three executive positions: President, Vice-President and CFO; and 12 Director positions. Elections for Executives and Directors are held in accordance with the Bylaws. All terms are 2 years in length, pending re-election. The SJPOA Directors are devoted to protecting the rights and benefits of all San Josť Police Officers.

Joanne serves as Executive Director of the SJPOA. She supervises the staff and coordinates the day-to-day workings of the SJPOA office, functions and events.She maintains control over financial and administrative matters associated with the SJPOA. Joanne controls and maintains the SJPOA Charitable Foundation Funds, fundraising and events. Joanne works closely with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors to ensure members needs are best served.

Joanne has been with the SJPOA since 2003. She came to the SJPOA from Deluxe Corporation where she was manager of the accounting department with 20 years of service. Joanne is a licensed Notary Public and this service is available to all members. Joanne is always available and willing to help members with any SJPOA needs. In her free time she enjoys dancing and being at the beach, but most recently spends more time enjoying her new grandson than doing anything else.
