The San José POA Board of Directors are made up of three executive positions: President, Vice-President and CFO; and 12 Director positions. Elections for Executives and Directors are held in accordance with the Bylaws. All terms are 2 years in length, pending re-election. The SJPOA Directors are devoted to protecting the rights and benefits of all San José Police Officers.

Rick de Lisser

Rick has been with the San Jose Police Department for over 20 years. He has worked assignments in Vice, Gaming, FTO, Auto Theft and traffic investigations, and has been a field training officer. He currently works as a patrol supervisor and was promoted the Sergeant in 2004. He was elected to the SJPOA Board of Directors in 2010.
