POA Board of Directors

The San Josť POA Board of Directors are made up of three executive positions: President, Vice-President and CFO; and 12 Director positions. Elections for Executives and Directors are held in accordance with the Bylaws. All terms are 2 years in length, pending re-election. The SJPOA Directors are devoted to protecting the rights and benefits of all San Josť Police Officers.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. He became an officer with San Jose Police Department in 1993. As an officer, he has been assigned to Patrol, Violent Crimes Enforcement Team (VCET), Narcotic Enforcement Team (NET), Special Operations Division Metro and as a Field Training Officer (FTO).

Rob was promoted to sergeant in 2004. As a sergeant, he has been assigned to Patrol, VCET and the FTO Program. Rob was elected as a POA Director in 2013.
