On January 20, 2017, the Redwood City Police Department lost Officer Gerardo Silva while he was on duty. We are collecting donations on behalf of the Redwood City Police Department to aid his family with the unexpected costs associated with this tragedy.

On the night of January 10, 2017, the home of our most recent fallen officer, Michael Katherman #3900, was flooded. His wife and two young sons are safe, but they are unable to occupy their house and are still assessing what losses will be covered.
