Nicole graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, with an academic focus in Art & Graphic Design. She started at the SJPOA in 2011 as a Graphic Design & Advertising Intern. In 2012 she was hired as a full-time employee and expanded her job to include administrative assistant responsibilities.

Tax Form - Annual Summary Report (ASR)
Your Annual Summary Report (ASR) is a breakdown of all your SJPOA deductions for the year (your dues, donations, and life insurance premiums). This will help you complete your taxes and we mail these out at the end of every January. Please let us know if you move so that we can update your file and ensure your ASR reaches you.
