It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share tragic news impacting one of our own. A member of our SJPD family has suffered the unimaginable loss of their child, who was taken in a senseless act of violence after being caught in crossfire while leaving a college gathering. Our entire organization is grieving alongside Sergeant Michael Kodres #3914 and his family during this devastating time.
You can read more about Sergeant Kodres' daughter, Arianna, here.
Services for Arianna:
Family and friends, please contact us at info@sjpoa.com for more information.
Please wear Arianna's favorite color, purple, to celebrate her.
Ways to Donate:
Attending the memorial is the most meaningful way to show your support to the family. Although Mike and Kannika are not asking and would not ask for donations, a fundraiser has been established to support Arianna’s two surviving sisters, helping provide for their overall care and ongoing mental health therapy.
If you would like to make a donation by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, please click here.
