S.A.F.E. Ride Reimbursement

Members' Only

This program is designed to promote a safe alternative to driving a vehicle if an Active Member might feel impaired. Active Members can use any licensed transportation service (taxi, Uber, etc.) of their choice for a safe ride home or to a place where they are staying.

The SJPOA will reimburse Active Members up to $40 per ride, twice within the same calendar year. This information will remain confidential. This information will only be used for reimbursements and to track the total number of rides per calendar year.

Please submit this form within 30 days of your ride, along with a copy of your receipt. A reimbursement check will be mailed within two weeks.

The SJPOA is not affiliated with any ride-services and is not liable for the service provided.
